It is your responsibility to ensure you and your party will be able to navigate them, the owner is not responsible for that. While the unit is directly on the water, there is no direct access to the beach from the unit; a walking path is just a few seconds walk. It is critical to not leave your kids or pets unsupervised The unit is in close proximity to our neighbors who have lived here for 40 years.
